<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 15pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto"><B><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face=Calibri>Job Description for BD Mgr:</FONT></SPAN></B><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR><FONT face=Calibri>- Responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing and developing client relationships and assist special projects as required(market/industry/company analysis, strategy, etc.)<BR>- Conducting industrial/market information research and efficiently working out potential companies in the right industry; being a key interface to the cross functional teams, preparing internal approval presentation; and Preparing proposal /contracts and make presentation to clients.<BR>- Develops solid relationship with potential clients and managing the status and business opportunity pipeline and maintaining long-term relationship with clients.<BR>- Work closely with clients and consultants to fill clients' assignments.<BR>- Manages business development program.<BR>Requirement:<BR>- Bachelors degree or equivalent and 1+ years relevant experience, in-depth understanding of all functions of a multinational company, Sales and marketing experience will be preferred, Overseas work or study experience is a prefer.<BR>- Strong industry knowledge and relationship in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing, FMCG, Media, Pharmacy, IT, Financial etc.<BR>- Action oriented, drive for results, global mind-set, able to operate with high degree of autonomy.<BR>- Energetic, hard working, team player, ability to handle high stress environment--Good communication skill both in Chinese and English.<BR>- Good presentation and negotiation skills.</FONT></SPAN></P>
