General Description
The Trade and Marketing Manager, Shanghai, is a diverse role, responsible for developing and managing a range of business activities and projects in the China region.
Based within the Representative Office for the Victorian (Australia) Government in Shanghai, China, the position will manage marketing and trade projects and programs for the office and the Commissioner for Victoria in Greater China.
The position requires proven marketing and business development experience, including well-developed research and analytical skills.
Working in a small and supportive team environment, the development of strong relationships internally and with key stakeholders is vital to the role and requires someone who is flexible and solution oriented; confident and diplomatic, with excellent communication skills.
The ability to work collaboratively is important, as the position works closely with colleagues based at Head Office in Melbourne, Australia, as well as across the Greater China international offices.
