Monitor sales performance of individual account to ensure overall achievement of net/retail sales targets agreed by the brands</div><div>2. Track retail sales and drive product sales by category and recommends recovery program when sales fall below expectation</div><div>Store Execution Excellence</div><div>1. Closely monitor store presence by brands in terms of merchandising / promotion / testers</div><div>2. Collect competitors activity and news within channel</div><div>Standardize the back service</div><div>1. Well organize the training course by brands to individual account to ensure the selling skill and knowledge of sales</div><div>2. Standardize the order and goods delivery process and format, to avoid OOS and maximize the sales</div><div>3.
