<P>职 位： Finance & Controlling Manager 财务控制经理 </P><P>Report to: Finance Controllor Asia (德籍华人)</P>
<P>Responsibilities(main tasks): </P>
<P>? To prepare the Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement & Balance Sheet for division PTC on a monthly basis; Ensure Monthly reporting, Rolling Forecast, Year-End Forecast/Budgeting and Year-End Closing as well as commentary of results; </P>
<P>? Ensuring correct booking of all revenue / expenses in SAP for BG –PTC (including different profit centers). </P>
<P>? Taking download of Actual booking of expenses on Cost center’s related to PTC Products; </P>
<P>? Ensure Budgeting process including cost planning, personnel and investment planning within BG –PTC ;</P>
<P> ? Monitor business activities and the achievement of targets e.g. EBIT, profitability and contribution margins </P>
<P>? Transfer-pricing knowledge and applying them in regular transactions ; </P>
<P>? Set up Manufacturing Cost Calculation and contribution margin each Product wise, monitoring and analysis; </P>
<P>? Ensure periodic review of manufacturing cost and structure cost development ; </P>
<P>? Support Operations projects in areas of project planning, requests including ROI calculations of investments;</P>
<P> ? Establish analysis and presentations for decision taking ; </P>
<P>? Lead and support in various build up activities of the new CO like setting up SAP, prepare documents and support in establishing legal documentations, etc. </P>
<P>? Good knowledge of PRC reporting and Chinese Tax regulations.</P>

<DIV>Requirements: </DIV>
<DIV>? University degree with major in Business Economics, Finance / Accounting and Costing;</DIV>
<DIV>? Minimum 8 years controlling experience and in large Chinese organization or a international MNC with manufacturing environment; </DIV>
<DIV>? Experience in manufacturing cost controlling (standard costing method) and contribution margin calculation per product ; </DIV>
<DIV>? High social competency and communication skills required for dealing in an international management team; </DIV>
<DIV>? Experience in working with ERP system SAP (FI/CO) ; </DIV>
<DIV>? Experience in all Microsoft office applications (PowerPoint/Excel) ; </DIV>
<DIV>? Fluent in English</DIV>
