<div>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: </div><div>-Contribute as lead technical support of the integrated APAC sales team in assisting partners, addressing customer complaints/requests, and scoping new business opportunities. .</div><div>-Assist the Sales Director in qualifying major resellers and accounts; including providing technical training, and ongoing support to them</div><div>-Answer RFQ/RPF’s, and other technical questions from prospects, and partners.</div><div>-Collect market intelligence and keep this updated with industry dynamics </div><div>-Interface with customers in bringing innovative solutions to their business challenges</div><div>-Communicate product requirements and customer needs to internal stakeholders (i.e. product marketing, sales) </div><div>-Deliver technical insights and presentations to meet partner and customer requirements to their satisfaction. </div><div>QUALIFICATIONS:</div><div>-BA or MA in Computer Science or Broadcasting </div><div>-5+ years of pre-sales experience or equivalent experience in technical consulting, or sales in a B2B environment. </div><div>-Ability to make and deliver presentations, perform demo’s in both English, and Chinese language. Both verbal and written skills are required. </div><div>-Proven track record in streaming media or relevant broadcasting technology is a requirement. </div><div>-Knowledge with various audio/video codecs and file formats is a plus.</div><div>-Prior experience in managing pre-sales activities to enterprises, education, govern- ment, carriers, broadcasters, Teleo’s is a plus </div><div>-Awareness and up to date knowledge of industry dynamics, and broadcast market trends.</div><div>-Ability to talk with different stakeholders at different levels within customers organizations.
