<DIV><BR>Location: Beijing, China<BR>As a STAR Engineer in XXX Operation Tech team<BR>In your first few months, you will:<BR>Lead architect of an internet scalable fulfillment service that helps XXX fulfill growing selection world-wide.<BR>Lead an effort to simplify creation and management of application stacks through templates and automated actions.<BR>Lead an effort to consolidate messaging solutions used to drive XXX’s business.<BR>Lead the development of tools to analyze trends, correlate metrics and set meaningful alarms.<BR>As an STAR Engineer in XXX you’ll be a technical leader. You’ll help establishing technical standards and drive XXX’s overall technical architecture and engineering practices. You’ll work on XXX’s hardest problems, building high quality, architecturally sound systems that are aligned with our business needs. You’ll have experience leading or contributing to multiple simultaneous product development efforts and/or IT projects and initiatives. You’ll be able to balance technical leadership and savvy with strong business judgment to make the right decisions about technology choices. You’ll strive for simplicity, and demonstrate significant creativity and high judgment.<BR>Basic Qualifications:<BR> Master's Degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Operations Research, Econometrics, or related field, or equivalent industry experience<BR> Strong communication and collaboration skills<BR> Extensive industry experience and a track record of developing and delivering distributed/scalable systems in multi-threaded, high-volume transaction applications, in a 24*7 environment<BR> Deep understanding of system performance tradeoffs, load balancing, and engineering for high availability.<BR> Fluency in Java, J2SE/J2EE, XML/SOAP, and Oracle. Familiarity with C++, Ruby, Python and Perl a plus; First-hand experience in one or more J2EE containers (Tomcat, JBoss, etc.).<BR>Preferred Qualifications:<BR>Strong background in one or more of the following:<BR> First-hand experience with messaging and asynchronous architectures.<BR> Extensive experience with service oriented architectures, web services, and web applications/services development.<BR> Proven application of object-oriented analysis and design (OOA/OOD) principles and design patterns.<BR> Proven track record of leading the delivery of large-scale, high-quality systems focused on the managing the infrastructure layer of the technology stack.<BR> Demonstrated passion for customer experience and usability, including successful delivery of customer self-service tools and automated management/optimization of services, and a strong services orientation.<BR> Deep hands-on technical expertise in at least one major technical area: large scale Unix systems, middleware, engineering, building complex distributed systems, building monitoring or management tools for large-scale environments.<BR> Experience in the design and use of relational databases, OO Modeling.<BR> Experience leading development life cycle process and best practices, preferably agile methodologies (SCRUM, RUP, XP).<BR>Experience in one or more of the following areas are ideal:<BR> Experience managing complex projects, with significant bottom-line impact.<BR> Experience mentoring/training the engineering community on complex technical issues.<BR> 10+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience preferred.<BR> Data mining, optimization, analysis of very large data sets.<BR> MapReduce or related parallel architectures and algorithms.</DIV><DIV> QQ:2592804471 Email:m15002745523@163.com </DIV>
