职位概述:全面提供办公室行政支持,完成领导交办的各项助理/行政工作。 工作职责:· 办公用品、设备及第三方服务的采购与管理;· 办公用品和设备的维护;· 维护办公环境的清洁得体;· 负责前台接待,接听、处理及转接中、英文来电;· 协助办公室经理完成考勤统计、社交媒体管理、差旅预订、商务活动的组织安排等工作;· 协助处理部分会计、出纳职责及证照更新工作;· 其他领导交办的工作。 任职资格:· 本科及以上学历;· 英语听说读写能力优异,获得相关语言证书(CET6及以上);· 热爱行政工作,希望长期从事行政管理岗位;· 能适应双语办公环境;· 强烈的责任感,做事认真细致,良好的分析判断能力;· 良好的沟通协调组织能力;· 工作积极主动,善于解决问题,良好的团队合作精神;· 能严格遵守公司规章制度和标准商业准则,良好的职业道德感;· 优秀的电脑操作技术,能熟练运用基本办公软件;· 工作期间保持专业的个人形象。 月薪:RMB 7,000 (依据个人能力调整) 重要福利:· 专业培训;· 良好的晋升空间;· 带薪年假7天起;· 带薪圣诞假期每年7天;· 入职满一年的员工享受年底分红
General Summary: Provide office administrative support and ensure that all basic secretarial/administrative requirements are met; Opportunities for career advancement in high growth company. Detail of Functions:1 Office supplies and services procurement;2 Office facilities and equipment maintenance;3 Ensure office is clean and presentable;4 Welcome visitors and manage incoming telephone calls;5 Assist Office Manager withoffice work such as work attendance statistics, account management for social media, coordination for travel arrangements and events/projects ; 6 Assist Office Manager with all internal accounting and cashier work of the company including fapiao, currency settlement, certificates updating, reimbursement, etc.7 Assist Office Manager to manage the company’s insurance, trade mark, domain, etc.8 Other tasks as required by Office Manager. Skills and Qualifications:1 Bachelor degree or above;2 Excellent/good at reading, written and spoken English and Chinese; CET-6 or above;3 At least 1- 2 years working experience at Administration position in a bilingual working environment;4 With a strong sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous, analytical skills;5 Great communication, interpersonal and organization skills;6 A problem solver and effective team worker;7 Ability of working independently; 8 Must be able to follow written procedures and standard business practices;9 Strong work ethic, punctuality, accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness;10 Excellent computer, MS Office skills and basic design skills;11 Professional appearance during working hours; Good aesthetic standards;12 Candidates with related work experience are preferred.
