Customer Quality Manager


Responsibilities：1. Responsible for customer quality problem solving andconcern management handling activities;2. Responsible for customer manager long term qualitytarget setting and planning, strategy and long term planning.3. Work with plant quality organization team tomaintain and improve on customer concern management system4. Customer relationship build up and enhancement, regular listenthe Voice of Customer, regular customer visit and communication5. Work closely with sales, PM, Purchasing tohandle any customer issues related to quality
Qualifications 1. Bachelor or Master Degree in process/ product engineering, quality,program management … management related background 2. Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing/quality functionin automotive industry 3. Strong customer relationship building up and enhancementcapability 4. Strong problem solving skills and methodology, such as six sigma, 8D,

5. Very good communication, teamwork, cross functional workingexperience, competency & skills此岗位工作地点在河北固安，固安离北京50公里，公司每天会有多路班车从北京发车到固安，每天班车接送，车程一个小时。薪资：10-15K，每年会有1-2个月海外出差的机会，荷兰，美国，英国等，如有兴趣的候选人请发简历到bai-keliang@air-sys.com或者liu-tao@air-sys.com,期待您的加入。
