Senior Manager, Power Stage and Package  
POSITION SUMMARY:  
    •    Develop and Lead a strong HV Power Electronics Engineering team for  
         developing high power density IGBT-based power stage;  
    •    Delivery a variety of high power density IGBT inverters for industry and  
         automotive applications and work closely with BU1 and BU2 for new business  
         development.  
RESPONSIBILITIES:  
    •    Responsible for leading a 8~10 people team and its daily engineering activities;  
    •    Develop and manage a HV power electronics lab with safety first and delivery all  
         HV-related tests;  
    •    Develop and deliver advanced IGBT inverter design of various APG/IPG  
        applications and Support BU business needs..                              
REQUIREMENT:  
    •    Degree holder or above, majoring in Electric, Semiconductor Power Device,  
         Modeling and Simulation, Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering;  
    •    In-depth knowledge on IGBT device and circuits;  
    •    In-depth knowledge on Inverter specification, sizing and package;  
    •    Extensive experience on IGBT inverter building and testing;  
    •    Excellent leadership skills and experience on planning, execution and  
         communication;  
    •    Proficiency in spoken and written English  and Chinese( Mandarin).  
 
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Product development process
- Manufacturing or quality process and operations management
- Project management processes
- Pricing and productizing process
Requirements:
- Engineering background (3-5 years)
- Solid experience in Marketing/Sales
- Experience in motor/Auto (Must)
- Good management skills
- Good English & Mandarin 
BDM position, which also needs some Engineering experience +strong sales/marketing skills. Industry:  Automobile /Motor
 
Energy Management Specialist 能源管理专家
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, coordinate, and implement the energy management aims. Goals and objectives of strategies and policies to reduce energy consumption.
2. Monitor and review the effectiveness of the energy policies and strategies, including preparation of annual progress reporta.
3. Perform site inspections and energy surveys.
4. Gather and track energy use data across all production facilities continuously with the help of established system.
5. Regular monitoring of energy data and ensure accurate records are maintained through data validation and verification.
6. Evaluate in-house energy management programs for Our company. Identify opportunities to optimize energy consumption. Provide technical and practical advice on energy conservation. Conduct training on energy efficiency improvement programs in our company.
7. Select vendors and manage vendor relationships on different project e.g. Cleaner Production Scheme and Energy Conservation Scheme.
8. Raise profile of energy conservation via organizing promotional activities and publicize promotional materials in our company.
Requirements:
1. 10~15 years of experience in energy management/manufacturing sites.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of EHS and energy management requirements and compliance practice implementation.
3. Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
4. Capable to work with people at different levels.
5. Proficiency in spoken and written English  and Chinese( Mandarin).  
 
Engineering Specialist   化学工程专家  (博士生刚毕业的也可以)
Major responsibility: 
- Compatibility study and help in chemical reaction testing
Requirements:
- PhD in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
- 3-5 years experience (but PhD fresh graduate will also be considered)
- Familiar with glue, oil , grease, lubricant
- Good English and fair Putonghua
- The academic research and working experience of the candidate should be related to glue, grease and oil
- Candidates must be strong in explaining the physics and reaction mechanism on glue, grease and oil areas

 
Manufacturing Manager  
Responsibilities:
1> Monitoring production and operations closely on quality with cost effectiveness.
2> Supervise and provide strategies to improve the factory operations.
3> Review, examine and generate the appropriate procedures and flows for the plant operation to continuously reduce costs and improve productivity and efficiency.  
4> Chair rountine meetings to track key manufacturing issues and incorporate appropriate corrective actions.
5> Coordinate within the department to prevent any impact on daily operation and new project implementation.
6> Develop and train staff by providing challenging leadership opportunities and industry knowledge.
7> Responsible for profit and loss of the manufacturing units.
Requirements:
1. More than 5 years job experience as Manufacturing Manager.
2. Solid knowledge of Lean production, TS16949, S6.
3. Full of the management experience in the factory at least 1000 employee.
4. Fluent English both in oral and written.

Manufacturing Manager  2人
Responsibility:
- Lead the departments of Engineering, Production, PMC, Q&R
- Responsible for projects transferred from overseas
Requirements:
- Engineering background with 10+ years work experience
- Familiar with production process in plastic injection and metal stamping
- Good leadership skills
- Logic, confident and firm
- Proficiency in spoken and written English  and Chinese( Mandarin).
