We are currently hiring freelances to take proofreading (English), editing, writing, rewriting and reviewing for medical manuscripts written by non-native speakers. Editors can pick their subject areas, set their own availability, and decide how much work they want to request at any given time; these settings can be adjusted at any time. Compensation is based on manuscript length, workload and the assignment’s pre-determined turnaround time.

Manuscript Quality Requirements 
Editing ：Typographical errors；Punctuation；Grammar；Consistency in terminology and style ； 
Consistency in page layout and font；Sentence construction；Terminology/reference check ；Word choice；Suggestions for text with unclear meaning；Logic, relevance, clarity ；Structure and flow ；Free word reduction 
Response to reviewers： 
（1）Response letter (Reponse to reviewer's comments(point-to-point)) 
（2）Editing the manuscript 
（3）Rewriting (extensive professional input before submission or re-submission) 
（4）Reorganize material provided by you and rewrite paragraphs and sections, as needed, to improve the novel,clarity, logic, flow, and impact. 
（5）Referencing: you will reference published data to lend credibility to your research. 
（6）Figures and tables:you will create supporting material such as figures and tables, if 
necessary 
（7）Formatting: you will format the abstract, text, tables, figures, and references 
according to the journal’s Instructions to Authors. 
（8）Cover letter for journals: You will write a cover letter to the journal editors on author behalf. This letter will adhere to accepted academic writing conventions, effectively summarize the thrust of author research, and make the necessary declarations. 
Writing : 
（1）You will work with the study data we provide and organize them into a well-structured piece of writing until it is ready for publication. 
（2）Referencing :You will reference published data to lend credibility to our research. 
（3）Figures and tables : You will ensure that the impact of Our research is duly 
enhanced by creating supporting material such as figures and tables. 
（4）Formatting : You will format the abstract, text, tables, figures, and references 
according to the journal’s Instructions to Authors. 
（5）Cover letter for journals : You will write a cover letter to the journal editors on our behalf. This letter will adhere to accepted academic writing conventions, effectively convey the significance of our research, and make the necessary declarations. 
（6）Multiple rounds : You will develop content for us in an iterative process that involves 3 rounds of correspondence with us. During this time, we can communicate with you regarding any clarifications/issues.
