Job Title: HR assistant   （Role Contractor）

Hiring Manager: ARD HR Director

Role Purpose

To assist HRD on the delivery of all planning and activity for the Microsoft Asia R&D Group. This will include assisting HRD with full spectrum of HR team calendar and programs, planning schedules, following up with HR/Business on undetermined issues.

Job Responsibilities (all areas)

·         HR events, offsite and communication management

·         Regular team meeting arrangements and on-site support,

·         HR team morale activities coordination

·         HRD’s AA: manage the calendar and maintain key schedules and travel arrangement

·         Manage the HR bulletin board for BJW

·         Key contact with PR, RE&F, Finance and Operation team as needed

Skills and Experience (Qualifications)

·         BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience

·         Minimum 2 years of working experience in MNC

·         Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to details

·         Service minded, Problem solving, cross group collaboration and oral/written communication skills in both Chinese and English

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Windows & Office applications

·         Experience in project management or event management is preferred
