Position:Team Assistant Temp
Location:Beijing
Responsibility:
- Raisingand sorting purchase orders;
- Managing open purchaseorders, monitoring and order delivery follow-up
- Supplier and marketingdata gathering
- Maintaining purchasingdatabases and doing some basic analysis
- Regularly generate DDreport and send out to division sales team
- Regularly clearcustomer master issues
- Other tasks assigned bymanagers or team colleague
- Assistant to team dailywork
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree, Nomajor limited
2.At least 2 years' experience in procurement or commercial area
3.Experienced in SAP MM moduleis a must
4.English is must both reading and written
5. Team player, Good learning ability
6. Good administrative
and computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Explorer etc).
