<DIV>Position（1）: Senior Scientist-Analytical Process Development<BR>（工作地点：南京，年薪20W-30W左右，欢迎推荐合适的人选，推荐成功将获得“<STRONG><FONT color=#f00000>会长奖</FONT></STRONG>”1万元现金）<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>The successful applicant of this position will join our Bioprocess department in charge of the development and application of robust and reproducible analytical and characterization methods for a variety of recombinant proteins expressed in mammalian cell cultures including antibodies, Fc fusion molecules, enzymes, intracellular and membrane proteins etc. The scientist will be conducting scientific experiments and building a scientific team to provide cutting-edge analytical process development services. These duties will include analytical support for the upstream cell culture and downstream protein purification process development, data analysis, and presentation as well as writing technical reports and original manuscripts. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills, recruit and train junior scientists, and simultaneously manage multiple projects in fast pace team environments. <BR>Requirements: <BR>1. A Ph. D. degree in life science or a related field. <BR>2. At least 3 years of working experience developing analytical methods for protein characterization within a GLP organization, prior experience and knowledge working in a cGMP environment is a plus <BR>3. Expert knowledge and/or hands on experience in the development and validation of analytical methods including ELISA, Western blot, SDS-PAGE, amino acid composition, sequencing, peptide mapping, capillary electrophoresis, glycosylation, spectroscopic protein profiling using HPLC, LC/MS, CD and other advanced instrumentation<BR>4. As one major player in the Antibody Engineering Department, the incumbent is expected to establish technologies needed for the generation of therapeutic antibody candidates within the department and the company. He/she is required to identify novel business opportunities, propose strategies to address unmet challenges, make implementable work plans, lead and directly participate in the investigation and write reports. He is also expected to participate in marketing and business development activities. <BR>Requirements<BR>1. Demonstrated track record of antibody and protein engineering technology innovation and process optimization <BR>2. Excels in a collaborative work environment<BR>3. Strong inter-personal, managerial and leadership skills<BR>4. Strong oral and written communication abilities<BR>5. Highly organized, strongly motivated and self-initiated<BR>6.
