<DIV><DIV style="FONT-SIZE: 12px"><STRONG>Key Job Accountabilities</STRONG><BR>- Be responsible for brand image in regional department stores and counters;<BR>- Analysis of the environment of department stores and creation of new merchandising concepts to better fit the in-store actual conditions;<BR>- Cooperate with regional sales forces to design, customize POS with outside vendors to implement and maintain all aspects of display in compliance with brand requirements;<BR>- Make constant efforts to upgrade displays in counters and department stores by developing merchandising materials;<BR>- Campaign merchandising works in business events and new product launches.<BR><STRONG>Key Job Requirements</STRONG><BR>- Bachelor degree in visionary communication, business or relevant discipline, preliminary knowledge of marketing communication;<BR>- Above 3 years of experience in commercial display design and management;<BR>- Strong skills at communication and bargaining; <BR>- Strong beauty and luxury sense;<BR>- Proficient in using Photoshop/AutoCAD and the like;<BR>- Dedicated and passionate to work;<BR>- Be able to travel frequently.</DIV>
