Focus and prioritize research projects in the field of animal health and performance and assume responsibility for their success in compliance with the Product Innovation Process. </FONT></SPAN></P>
<P class=Default style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 11.5pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">2. Test lab-scale and pilot scale production for new products. </FONT></SPAN></P>
<P class=Default style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 11.5pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">3. Analyze and interpret research data, reporting results as research papers and scientific reports, both internally and externally. </FONT></SPAN></P>
