Title: Recruitment Manager/specialist
Reports
to: HR Manager
Location: Guangxi Province,
China
Responsibility:
l Recruitment contact person
in the public. Receive cvs and respond general inquiries
l Conduct first interviews
l Manage recruitment software
I-Grasp system
l Project Manning Plan follow
up and update, ensure the hiring cycle and quality can meet the requirement.
l Manage local job boards to
ensure the job ADs are in-time, correct, and valid
l Administrative support to
critical position recruitment and selection, particularly site preparation
resources
l Work closely with Line
Manager to improve recruiting results
l Coordinate domestic
assignments
l Report, organizational
chart and appointment announcement within project
l Conduct orientation for new
employees
Requirements:
l 7-10 years total HR or
recruiting experience
l Energetic and love
recruitment job
l Excellent inter-personal
communication skills
l Strong self-motivation and
service sense.
l Result oriented; Strong
anti-pressure ability
l Strong teamwork spirit,
willing to offer help
l Fluent written and oral
English and Mandarin
l Proficiency in Microsoft
