This is an exciting opportunity for a talented engineerto work atCitrix, a fast growing multi-national corporation. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the development, testing and debugging of automation framework,automation testing management system, as well as software tools(test libraries) for QA to conduct automation testing.On the purpose of automating tests of the EMS product, and our industry leading T-SeriesAdaptive Traffic Manager, Content Accelerator, Unison mobile data service and Smart Capacity management etc. products, purposely designed to address the challenges facing today’s mobile service providers, due to explosive growth of Mobile Internet.

Responsibilities:

• Work autonomously and lead the team to achieve goals.
• Design and develop automation testing execution engine, automation testing management system, software tools that serve automation scripts.
• Work closely with QA team to reach high stability and coverage of automation.
• Conduct software development tasks in Agile/TDD manner.
• Continuously and proactively look for ways to improve the product testing processes and procedures.

General Requirements:

• 6+ years of experiences in software development.
• BS/MS in CS/CE/EE.

·         Demonstrated experience of delivering on commitments.

·         Proven ability to learn new technologies independently.

• Good and proven problem solving skills.

·         Fluent verbal and written English skills.

Qualification:

·         Programming in Python, Perl, Expect, Regular Expression.

·         Has Strong UNIX/Linux, Windows and networking skills, and working knowledge.

·         Solid knowledge with V-LAN, TCP/IP, ARP, IPRouting.

·         Solid knowledge with protocols such as TCP, UDP, WAP, HTTP, SSH, FTP, SFTP, SNMP etc.

·         Linux shell scripts and command lines.

Desired Skills:

·         Agile software acceptance test with keyword driven, behavior driven etc. modern test methodologies.

·         Robotframework, Selenium etc. commercial or open source automation test frameworks.

·         QA or automation testing experience.
