Job description
l To liaise between corporate head office and customers in China /South-East Asia on matters relating to contract documents, pricing, payments, warehousing, shipments and quality issue.
l To handle daily trading matters such as cargo forwarding, logistics and port affairs;
l To assist with executing sales/purchase contracts (domestic and international);
l To deal with execution teams of counter-parties, cargo forwarders, warehousing companies and other trade intermediaries;
l To travel to ports and customer’s facilities when needed.
Requirements/Qualification:
l Minimum one year work experience in either shipping, international transportation or trade; have a sound knowledge of international trade payment
Mechanisms and documentation;
l University graduate degree, preferably on international trade major;
l Strong language skill (Chinese and English);
l Willing to take on high-pressure assignments;
l Team work spirit; ability to work under pressure;
l Being initiative-taking and willing to learn;
