该集团拥有手机、MP4、Mp5及电脑等多种产品，在全球拥有众多的用户和粉丝，其手机受欢迎程序几乎可以用街机来形容。现应研发生产项目的要求，招聘针对元器件和塑料金属件的Global Supply Manager，工作地点在上海。
主要职责是：
Work with engineering to determine the product "road map" and develop a strategy around the roadmap for manufacturing and test equipment procurement
Work with engineering and DFM to review and evaluate new technologies and vendors
Generate RFPs, RFQs and PR’s for all capital equipment purchases
Negotiate contract/agreement and pricing with selected supplier(s)
Review with supplier for capacity planning and ramp readiness analysis
Work with OEMs on equipment deployment plans for each program
Develop a companywide asset management strategy
Integrate the tooling support and maintenance requirements into the OEM contracts
Find and pursue cost reduction opportunities by challenging current supply chain structures, cost models, business processes, etc.

要求：
1. 如果是欧美名校毕业，专业是机械相关的本科或硕士生，相关工作经验二年以内，或是应届生皆可。性格要求主动、开朗、积极、有团队精神、擅长交际，执行力强。
2.非名校或国内大学毕业的，需要有六年以上美资企业供应商管理相关工作经验。熟悉精细机械件（如注塑、钣金、铸造或冲压等）供应商挑选、合同价格谈判、供货监督跟进、为供应商提供相关的指导和支持，并拥有与外国人流利对话的英语能力。
3.愿意长期出差，因为本职位需要长期在供应商处办公，一年里三月至十一月是忙季，其余是闲季。

薪资福利：
约20万-35万/年
固定薪资＋年终奖+期权（每年都有，占总收入的约六分之一左右）
