Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Make “cold calls” to unknown candidates 2. Build up target lists of candidates, update the data-pool of CVs 3. Support the Senior in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates 4. Collect and screen CVs to match job specifications and requirements 5. Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for 6. In depth analyzing and drawing the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates. Ensure the needed information is well reflected on the organization structure produced 7. resent the profile to the senior to further justify the candidates 8. Ensure needed information of the candidate such as birthdate, given name, contact number, job functions, technical skillset etc from the candidate CV is keyed into the system 9. Ensure the candidate revised profile is keyed into the system 10. Support the senior to fulfill the performance targets/ goals set by management 11. Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information 12. Ensure follow the company process and procedure to get the work done. This includes sending email to candidates, filing of the information and information keyed into the system 13. Follow through process and procedure to get result. This includes pay attention to details 14. Produce and present suitable candidate to the senior to ensure the mandate come to closure
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above 2. Open-minded, highly analytical, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable on the phone and like to make cold calls 3. Able to handle rejections 4. Hard working, quick learner, and result-oriented 5. Good in written & spoken English 6. Computer literacy especially in PowerPoint, Excel, words and internet 7. Willing to face challenges; and able to work under the pressure 8. Pay attention to details
