Responsibilities include but not limited to:
" Support tasks managing leader's calendar
" Arrange travel for leader
" Complete expense report for leader
" Consolidate regular team ROB report and other required reports
" Coordinate with Finance to make regular reports on new work sold, booked revenue, billed revenue, etc.
" Critical deals status tracking
" Provide support on bidding doc preparation & routing process follow up
" Self-audit and Internal Audit support
" Bank Guarantee application
Job Requirements:
" To be successful the ideal candidate needs to have strong planning and organizational skills, be able to work independently, prioritize own work and resources, maintain confidentiality of information, have a positive attitude, multi-task, be pro-active, thrive in a fast-paced and growing team environment, be good at problem solving and has strong attention to details
" Ideal candidate must be adept at implementing and monitoring complex travel plans and schedules, operate under pressure, show respect for all individuals in all situations, and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require rapid turnaround. Position requires strong working knowledge of Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint), maintaining team site using SharePoint and ability to learn new applications quickly (a plus)
" Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative or related experience in a multinational company collaborating across multiple functions and countries
" Candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English and Chinese
" A BA/BS degree or equivalent
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills are mandatory

Job Description
Ø Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
Ø Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
Ø Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
Ø Provides general office support.
Ø Serves as the department/group contact.
Ø Completes special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Ø 4 to 6 years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced, senior management level administrative capacity.
Ø Ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of management; demonstrated ability to change direction in response to changing work situations.
Ø Must be proactive, able to deal with ambiguity, self prioritize work resources, and juggle multiple tasks in a manner transparent to the team.
Ø Must have the ability to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group that involve contact at all levels of management.
Ø Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and ability to accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals.
Ø Able to work collaboratively with other internal and external administrative and CS assistants within the team and across the company.
Ø Ability to be entrusted with the knowledge and handling of confidential information.
Ø Should be detail oriented and extremely organized. Extensive knowledge of and proficiency with MS products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and HeadTrax.
Ø BS preferred. Microsoft experience preferred.
Ø Overtime and minimal travel may be required as appropriate.
Ø May require ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Ø Responsible for the daily administrative work and other related works.
Ø Assist the department Manager in management and coordination of relevant matters to facilitate the effective operation within/across departments;
Ø Responsible for the arrangement of department event according to Manager's request;? Manage departmental budget and files.
Job Requirements:
Ø Bachelor Degree: English or Administrative Secretary major is preferred
Ø Minimum of 2 years secretary experience in multi-national companies
Ø Good command of spoken and written English is essential
Ø Possesses good organizational and communication skills
Ø Initiative and have high integrity and confidentiality in handling jobs
Ø Good understanding of Company's working procedures
Ø Proficient in MS-office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
