leadership and strategic direction for a product range(s).
Key
responsibilities/essential functions include:
l
The management of a designated
product range(s) over its life cycle within a product portfolio of a business
area in a manner that maximizes the overall return/profit to the company,
within the context of company, business area and marketing plans.
l
Lead the commercial input to the
product development process once the product definition is approved.
l
Manages all aspects of the
product (s) life cycle starting with the detailed planning phase (in development) until
the product is terminated.
l
Strategic and tactical supply
management of existing products to market for multiple customers and
applications.
l
Managing Platform Products fully
recognizing the company benefit that can be obtained by facilitating the use of
these for applications in other global business areas.
l
Maximizing the company profit
over the product (s) entire life cycle.
l
Management of the
cross-functional interface with product development and manufacturing.

operationalize the QMS, zero enforcement actions through effective QMS

understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.
Establish and communicate quality objectives that are measurable and consistent

assigned responsibilities. Ensure
appropriate responsibility, independence and authority of all personnel who
manage, perform and assess work affecting quality.
Required
Qualifications:
l
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,
Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field
l
3+ years experience in product
marketing, product development, or related field
l
Excellent oral and written
communications skills
l
Strong analytical and process
skills
l
Strong project management skills
l
Ability to work effectively
within a matrix environment
Preferred
Qualifications:
l
MSc or Master’s degree in
Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field
l
5+ years experience in product
marketing, product development or related field
l
Product Management/Marketing
expertise, including: market
trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle
management,
l
Healthcare
product/industry/technical acumen
l
Team oriented – ability to
motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
l
