Key Accountabilities Manage staffing levels and related compensation to approved budget. Manage financials to budgeted and authorized spend levels. In partnership with the CTG Product Management, ensure optimal usage of infrastructure to balance capital expenditures year to year. Manage cost structure to an approved rate.
Develop and execute multi-year portfolio plan including staffing strategy, driving effectiveness and efficiencies, cost structure, etc.
Deliver releases to scope and schedule targets as agreed to with business partners with minimal unplanned issues.
Work with HR to design workforce plan strategy including sourcing, job descriptions, and compensation packages. Work with HR to develop a needs assessment and training curriculum. Ensure associates have development plans and manage voluntary attrition to goal. Identify, mentor, and develop successor candidates for key positions.
Major Responsibilities • Hire and retain professional IT workforce required to fulfill CTG portfolio needs • Work with the team leaders to develop a strategic, multi-year portfolio plan • Lead teams to help define, develop and implement effective IT management and solution delivery practices • Ensure that processes and associated metrics are in place to monitor and report on the delivery of portfolio projects and releases • Ensure appropriate program management processes are defined and implemented for delivery of quality solutions • Foster collaborative relationships with CTG team members in all sites as needed to ensure appropriate support • Develop a partnership program with CTG management to ensure a consistent view of strategies, goals, and accomplishments • Provide assistance and counsel to managers and individual contributors, including mentoring, coaching, and career development • Represent CTG organization in FMR China initiatives • As needed, travel to other global sites on a periodic basis
Essential Experience and Skills • Business (10%) • Understanding of Financial Services business domain • Understanding of Corporate Functions business domain; Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Human Resources, Real Estate, and Records Management • Experience in business and technology strategy formulation, IT development management, portfolio planning, and project management
• Managerial (40%) • Excellent organizational and planning skills; especially with Global Projects • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Excellent coordination and delegation skills • Excellent problem identification and resolution skills • Excellent people assessment skills

Academic and Professional Qualifications
• Four year degree (required) • 15+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in management
