1.
Planning,
realizing and coordinating of chemical and/or physical and/or functional tests
and investigations of non-metallic materials focussed on interior, especially
leather and fabrics
2. Coordinating and realizing of investigation and creating release reports
for localization of raw material or supplier change in cooperation with JV’s and group
3. Presenting and defending approved results as well as concluding any
suggestions to improve processes, to recognize risks for parts in service and
driving and controlling of the suggestions at the supplier and/or part
manufacturer
4. Controlling of special tasks for achieving and keeping the product
quality acc. product specifications as well as legal requirements
5. Support and consulting the JV laboratories in lab investigation of
purchased and CKD parts, determination of testing methods and definition of
test procedures to be used
Requirements:

Bachelor,
Master or comparable, PhD or comparable in Material Sciences and or Mechanical
Engineering or Technology of Fabrics and Leather, preferably additional
education abroad
E">·
strong analytical thinking
·
excellent presentation skills
·
good communication skills
·
several
years (3-7) in material
technology (development, production or quality) and well experienced
in failure analyses
·
preferably
working experience in an international automotive OEM or supplier
·
well
experienced in automobile techniques, especially interior and exterior
application and/or engines engineering interdiciplinarity
·
preferably
experienced in applications of leather and/or fabrics in automotive parts
·
