Responsibility:
- Manage call center team to provide most efficient IT support for Asia users with the best users' satisfaction.
- Manage team members' performance to be demand on the continuous development.
- Pilot and Control the team's cost. Build up the team's budget
- Report the performance to the representative customers and the other up level IT managers.
- Synchronize/coordinate different call center worldwide to decide and carry out globalized or localized strategy
Qualification:
- Love to do sports- Excellent human management skills. Experience on the manager position is required.
- Excellent communication skills- Can work alone and under pressure
- Abilities to think about future and strategy.
- Excellent team spirit
- Bachelor degrees or above
- Able to travel
- Good understanding of IT technology and master the basic IT know-how
