Job Objective
Responsible for the business development of Brand Income for the Tesco Property Malls
Establish an effective Business Plan with key objectives, strategies and income targets
Identify new income, advertising opportunities and brand partners for the business
Create and implement Communications strategy including all key stakeholders
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
· Develop a Business Plan (YR 13.14) including 3 year income forecasts and expense budgets
· Prepare reports on local market activities, competitor information and industry trends – follow leads, keep database of clients, reports and future trending
· Work with National Marketing Team to create marketing and communication tools to effectively promote advertising and income opportunities
· Create a strong network of contacts and brand agencies
· Work with Tesco Government Liaison officer to secure all necessary permits with regards to external and internal advertising sites
· Implement communications plan including strategies and budgets (printing of brochures, trade shows)
· Work with local community, opinion leaders and government relations where required
· Prepare all presentations and proposals as required
· Develop procedures and policies for both Head Office, Marketing, Leasing and Mall staff to ensure effective management of Brand Income Program
· Other duties as requested by National Marketing Director

Manage all internal and external relationships as required
Essential Criteria
At least 3 years in advertising or brand agency OR similar role in a property/retail company
Must have a high level of energy, positive attitude and be indifferent to rejection
Strong communication/presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communications
Willing to travel on a weekly basis within China to Tesco Prop Malls as required
Preferred Criteria
English (written/verbal) although not essential
