Key Responsibilities:
Sales- to execute the sales plan and achieve target sales goals. Use our CRM systems to follow up on sales and our product characteristics as unique selling points. To implement various sales skills, i.e fact-to-face counseling, telesales, Infomeeting etc to close deals very effectively. To build solid business relationships with schools to recommend oversea courses to existing customers to fulfill their diverse language education needs.
Marketing – participate in some local marketing activities and take some marketing initiatives to generate enquires for sales purpose
Customer service – manage the whole customer service cycle and administrative part of the process (pre-departure information, visa service, etc) to make sure students are satisfied so they will travel again or have referrals. This position requires a lot of direct customer contact, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Candidate background
At least 3 years sales and marketing experiences in the related industry field are required. Abroad study or work experience will be a good plus; willing to learn different countries’ education systems and Visa information.
