European regional trunk network operation Liege, Amsterdam, Luxembourg
-Plans, directs, and oversees all EU line haul transportation operations
-Manage and motivates Cainiao Partner to execute daily delivery effectively and efficiently, including truck planning, customer service etc.
-Coordinates closely with internal and external customers to identify needs and be the go to person for transportation issues
-Facilitate communication between CP, customs agent, GHA and other partners in the supply chain
-Transportation KPI management, drive KPI improvement through WBR/MBR/QBR
-Create and Maintain SOP based on business requirement
-Supporting on transportation procurement and CP sourcing, define awarding criteria
