JOB GOAL / PURPOSE:
 
Responsible for performing routine and non-routine tasks related to the installation, repair,
maintenance, training, support and disposal of PC client computer, printer and peripheral hardware and software, and network cabling systems. The employee may be required to perform any of the duties and tasks described in the following section.
 
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES:
 1. Works closely with other IT staff to encourage the productive use of the system's capabilities.

 2. Collaborates with the IT Dept. supervisor:
 A. Plan, develop and manage the client computer, printer and peripheral preventative maintenance program.
B. Maintains client computer, printer and peripheral systems.
 C. Install and implement hardware and software updates and enhancements.
D. Develop and install master hard drive images.
 E. To report and log all help requests.
 F. Analyze hardware and software problems and develop solutions.
G. Develop in-house hardware and software solutions, systems and procedures to handle specific client computer, printer and peripheral requirements, in accordance with established ***** procedures.
 H. Develop and maintain documentation relating to delivery, imaging, installation, set up, configuration, testing and maintenance procedures, to ensure accuracy, consistency and accountability.
 I. Ensure the ***** IT equipment inventory is accurate and up to date, and assists with an annual inventory update.
 J. Participate in regular periodic hardware and software training.
 K. Complete the delivery, imaging, installation, set up, configuration and testing of new client computer, printer and peripheral hardware, and software, in accordance with established ***** procedures.
 L. Process the disposal of old client computer, printer and peripheral hardware.
 M. Monitors usage of the client computer, printer and peripheral system resources and report any misuse and/or abuse.
 N. Maintain an awareness of the latest technology, trends and developments in client computer, printer and peripheral systems as they relate to schools in general, and ***** in particular.
 3. Performs other duties as directed by supervisor that are not inconsistent with the qualifications and skills required for this position.
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A. Qualifications:
 o      University or college Diploma.
o       Degree in related field preferred.
o       Formal computer technology qualifications preferred.
 
B. Experience:
o       Two years successful work experience in a technical service industry.
o       Two years experience in a pc computer customer support department.
o       Two years experience in the service, maintenance and repair of windows pc computers.
o       Two years experience in the service, maintenance and repair of inkjet and laser printer systems.
o       Extensive skills, knowledge, and successful experience on the operations and functions of
Windows xp/vista/7.
o       Skills, knowledge, and successful experience of current versions of ms office and ms outlook.

o       Positive, energetic demeanor.
o       Strong interpersonal communication skills.
o       Ability to work with teams, teachers, students and parents.
o       Ability to work independently, orderly and precisely.
o       Ability to deal with problems tactfully and with sensitivity for the end user.
o       Ability to use good judgment independently.
o       Possesses a keen sense of responsibility.
o       Ability to handle confidential files and information in a professional manner.
o       Ability to organize and analyze complex tasks in a systematic manner.
o       Ability to learn new software and develop appropriate procedures independently.
o       Ability to self-educate when formal instruction is not available.
o       Ability to provide positive customer service with a helpful, proactive attitude.
o       Willingness to work additional hours.
o       Ability to work to and meet deadlines.
o       Ability to communicate effectively with teams, teachers, students and parents at all levels in both oral and written communications.
o       Desire to work with entire ***** community to provide excellent educational opportunities at *****.
o        Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese language.

 

工作地点在朝阳区 有班车,是一个国际贵族学校,外国人偏多,学生老师都是外国人,早8点晚4点半
