主要职责:
ü 制定销售计划,并进行有效的客户与市场分析
ü 发掘并开拓客户及其维护
ü 客户拜访,了解和确定客户的培训需求,提供实施解决方案
要求:25-35岁,本科或硕士以上。有外资或合资企业工作经验,其相关工作经历需2年以上,熟悉国内的管理咨询/培训市场。有企业管理咨询/管理培训经验优先。英语六级及以上并熟练运用电脑。具备敏锐的洞察力和分析力,良好的沟通能力。良好的团队合作精神,注重细节,有责任心,勇于挑战。

Job Responsibilities

l Providing solutions for customers after accurately understanding their training needs.
Job Requirements
l Bachelor degree or above;
25-35 years old, 2+ years working experience with a MNC or JV would be desirable;
l Familiar with the training and consulting field, sales experience preferably in this field;
l CET 6 or above with good computer skills
l Insightful with analytical thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
l Team work spirit and pay attention to details
l Be responsible and willing to take challenges
Job Responsibilities
ü Researching and studying domestic and overseas training products;
ü Developing training products with consultants;
ü Compiling marketing communication material in Chinese and English;
ü Involved in product knowledge training and product marketing campaigns;
Job Requirements
ü Bachelor’s degree or above business administration, HRM or other relevant subject areas
ü English level TEM 8.
ü More than 2 years working experience in training and management consulting firm or professionals in the organization and training development of a multi-national company preferred;
ü Excellent English-Chinese/Chinese-English language and MS Office computer skills
ü Independent self-motivator and good communicator with open mind and systematic thinking
ü A mature people, a fast learner, team player willing to take challenge and accept extra assignment;
