SAP Active Global Support provides world class support, which includes customized expert services and global specialists that unlock the full potential of SAP software by continually minimizing technical risks and optimizing business process and technical setup.

 

In 2004, SAP established a Center of Expertise in China (CoE China) which is now playing an important role within SAP AGS and has since become the fastest growing location globally.

With our global delivery model, CoE China is supporting our top global customers in Asia Pacific, Europe, U.S. and Latin America.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

     Support local and international key accounts during implementation of mission critical projects by delivering onsite and/or remote services, e.g., risk assessments, technical and functional business process improvement, and empowerment.

     Manage critical customer situations.

     Participate in onsite and remote service delivery for customers in Asia Pacific, Europe, U.S. and Latin America.

     Optimize SAP solutions through continuous improvements over a product’s lifecycle.

     Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to SAP employees and customers.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

     Two years or above work experience in one of the below areas:

I.     IT project implementation

II.    Software development and/or support

III.  System / database administration

IV.   SAP product / application related implementation, support or operation

 

     Bachelor degree or above in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Engineering and IT.

     Able to communicate in English.

     Good presentation and communication skills in both Chinese and English.

     Programming skills in one for the following languages: Java, C, C#, C++, ABAP. Alternatively you can demonstrate strong abilities in fast learning.

     Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills.

     Strong and convincing personality for interaction with customers.

     A real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment.

     Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines.

     Enjoying working in a diverse cultural environment; open minded and culturally sensitive.

 

重点:

1.英文要好,最好有海外工作或学习经验(需要经常与外国人的团队一起工作和开电话会议)

2. 此职位是support,不是实施,onsite support 30-70%出差频率

3.不一定要有SAP背景,比如做其他大型应用软件经验也行,或者做软件开发技术支持的也行,DBA,系统管理员都行

4.base 北京或者上海
