【IBM北京招聘】日语/英语好的Hold不住啦

Hi, 各位,

看到这个帖子,你已经发现了一条进入IBM的捷径,因为这是IBM员工的内部推荐职位,绝非猎头招聘。符合条件者,简历直达HR手中。

IBM北京现招募日语或者英语好的销售支持人员N名(N>10),注意,日语或者英语一定要好,因为入职后需要支持日本或者澳大利亚,所以语言是关键。

具体工作我在下面的职位描述里面写的很清楚,不过,你可能看的一头雾水,简单归纳如下:

第一,沟通能力强,日语或者英语,语言一定要过硬,最好是有海外工作经历
第二,最好有一年以上外企工作经验(日企或者500强)
第三,Office相关软件应用熟练,至少半年使用经验(大家简历里面都写Office精通,但估计好多人工作之前都没碰过Office,不要滥竽充数好不啦)
第四,也很重要,最好从事过业务分析的岗位,Business Analysis或者Business Operation之类的
第五,有Excel报表制作或报表分析,数据分析相关工作经验者优先考虑。
第五,团队协作,耐心加细心

The Sales Execution CoE Beijing team has been organized with focusing on provide SMS service across GMU.

The team provides brand/sectors/channel and other client facing teams and their assigned Sales and SMS Leaders with superior support on Sales Execution & Management

related activities.

We support Sales Execution and Management for various BU’s at GMU/IOTs and GMT/IMTs level, interlocking with Sales Leaders and SMS Leaders, and provide high end Sales

Execution & Management support to produce high quality analytics and business insights through:
¨ Sales Cadence Management
¨ Roadmap and PV insights
¨ Pipeline insights and analytics
Role Summary:
Defining & developing reports in line with the IBM Standard Definitions on the various measureable objectives in terms of Quota vs. Actuals, Forecast, Pipeline etc…as

also being part of the weekly review calls to provide advise on the current status of the business and being the key driver of the sales operations programs for the

specific Business Unit that the candidate is aligned to.

Typically, the role would involve a wide range of activities that would include working on data, reporting & based on the reports, providing meaningful analysis and

recommendations to the Business Unit & Sales Leader(s), management of various sales tools & adherence to processes. The %age of time spent on each activity could vary

from role to role since the work is dependant on the specific needs of the particular Business Unit.

Preference is given to candidates who have worked in Financial / Sales Operations & Reporting in the technology industry in offshore delivery roles and IBM is an equal

opportunity employer.


Role Details:

- Participate and provide insights in weekly sales managers cadence reviews
- Develop cadence pack incl. forecast, pipeline, deals, TCV / PV / Rev Coverage update - review with ITS Sales Exec
- follow up with sales managers if / as required
- Update / reconcile PRISM and Opp Man
- Incorporate Finance, Marketing updates to cadence pack
- Prepare AP / GMU cadence special topics requirement into cadence pack
- pull necessary data / reports, perform anaysis
- follow up with SME if / as required (eg. Finance, Marketing etc)
- Cadence review with ITS Management team
Finalised cadence pack for AP / GMU review

Role Details:

1. Work with IBM Japan Sales Ops Leader and Worldwide Sales Operations to collate data/information and develop reports on the metrics. Ensure reporting is consistent

and as per standardized IBM metrics. Metrics will include opportunity management, standardized reporting and analysis.


2. Provide the Japan sales team with data, reports and analysis that helps drive revenue performance and also enables better informed business decisions by the Sales

Leaders.

3. Deliver effective and useful opportunity management reports (to Sales & Sales Operations Leaders) and analysis to drive focused and disciplined execution. Also, on a

need basis, provide reports and analysis for the monthly/quaterly business reviews.

4. Manage the "local" deployment model to plan and ensure ongoing working relationship between Japan and Worldwide Teams.

5. Develop/implement, report/support incentive plans for sales team.

6. Provide operational support to the Japan sales team; make informed recommendations and enable informed decisions via accurate information to improve pipeline and

performance view. Support revenue forecast process, as needed.

7. Work with Japan Sales/Sales Ops Leadership and Worldwide team to enable/set up appropriate education for Sales teams.

8. Establish a process/program to measure and improve client satisfaction with the sales operations support.

9. Ensure action plans are implemented to address problem or improvement areas identified, with appropriate follow-through to closure.

10. Be a champion and avid supporter of Sales Operations programs in conjunction with Japan Sales Operation Teams.

11. Act as a focal point for all issues regarding Sales Operations and provide guidance
