Target of the position岗位目标:
•        To handle the daily logistic issues along the disposition process.  在生产材料筹措中处理日常的物流事宜;
•        To be local contact person for suppliers and customers (estimate the logistics requirements of customers, communicate TKT-PD requirements to local suppliers).
作为供应商和客户的本地联系人（评估客户的物流需求、将TKT-PD的需求传递给本地供应商）;
•        Continuously to improve the disposition process in all details. 持续改进生产材料筹措流程;
•        Reaching the targets of defined costs, deadlines and quality. 达到所确定的费用、时间节点和质量目标;
Responsibility Scope职责范围:
•        Disposition of materials and components, and stock control for components；
筹措生产所需零部件并进行库存控制；
•        Maintain the master data in SAP related to MRP.
维护SAP系统中MRP相关数据；

Working Task(details)工作描述:
•        Manage and maintain the MRP by SAP;
使用SAP管理并维护MRP；
•        Estimate material status of all suppliers, while doing the material resource planning;
制定物料需求计划，并评估供应商供货能力;
•        Clarify deliveries and component-pipeline status of local suppliers and international suppliers;
跟踪供应商的供货状态；
•        Ensure reasonable and qualified stock level of materials and products;
确保合理高质量的库存水平；
•        Making and deposit the material resource plan of pre-series products;
制定安排预批量零部件的筹措计划，并进行筹措；
•        Maintain the master data in SAP related to MRP,  safety stock and so on, ensure SAP Running well;
维护SAP中MRP，安全库存等主数据，确保SAP正常准确运转；
•        Import and export handling for production material;
生产材料的进口和出口操作；
•        Other tasks assigned by manager of logistics and procurement.
其他由物流经理布置的工作。

Cooperation Scope合作范围:
•        To be first local contact person for suppliers, publish the request plan of TKT-PD on time to all suppliers and watch the supply status of materials include pre-series materials；
作为供应商的第一本地联系人,及时发布公司需求信息，监视量产以及预批量物料供应状态；
•        Cooperation with production planner to ensure the implement of production plan;
与生产计划人员合作确保生产计划得以实现；
•        Cooperation with purchasing department and STA to review supplier capacity termly;
定期与采购部及STA评审供应商产能状态;
•        Cooperation with DLM to ensure the customers are able to receive the correct products with correct quantity on correct time;
与DLM合作确保供应商在正确的时间得到正确的数量的正确的产品；
•        Supporting buyer on supplier rating.
支持采购完成供应商评价。

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:
•        Education: Bachelor or above degree on the machine engineering, logistics and similar studies;
教育背景：本科及以上学历，机械工程、物流相关专业本科以上毕业；
•        Professional experiences: Familiar with the working processes in the production companies, especially in the automotive industry. ;
专业背景：熟悉生产型企业特别是汽车行业工作流程；；
•        Foreign languages and level：English fluent both in written and oral;
        语言要求：流利的英语口语和书写能力；
•        Others 其它：       
-        More than two years work experiences in office doing production plan, materials disposition issues；
至少两年以上生产计划编制以及物料筹措相关工作经验；
-         Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tool very well，EPR-, especially SAP-experiences；
熟练操作计算机，并能够使用office办公软件，熟悉ERP软件，了解SAP的优先考虑
-        Strong communication skills and ability to explain and present well;
良好的沟通协调及语言表达能力；
-        Secret and confidential  相关保密要求；
-        Ability to work in team  团队协作能力；
-        Initiative and engaged in the job  积极主动的工作态度；
