Job Purpose:
Oversee the daily operation of Changzhou manufacturing facility to ensure it continually meets or exceeds it financial, quality, delivery, growth and social responsibility goals
Responsibilities:
The positions has overall responsibility for plant management which includes engineering, production, quality and purchasing to achieve organizational strategic objectives and performance goals through deployment of tools and processes of Company’s Business System.
1) Plans, directs and controls all manufacturing operations and supportive services at the plant.
2) Insures production objectives are met with consistent with aver all quality requirements and customer delivery demand.
3) Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board, Regional Director and Management staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
4) Oversee preparation of an Annual Report summarizing progress on short and long range plans.
5) Directs and Coaches managers of people to prepare them for future challenges.
6) Oversees development of new product for samples thru production readiness.
7) Establish, monitor and control the implementation of operational SOP and guidelines to ensure an efficient and cost effective operation
8) Coordinate with Manufacturing Manager to oversee delivery / transport and installation of all technical and production equipment.
9) Oversee preparation of annual budget, regular variance statements and annual audit.
10) Leads the plant leadership team to develop plant strategy and tactics to achieve an annual profit plan and long-term strategic plan
11) Provide vision regarding overall financial health of the company..
12) Insure accurate documentation of production and quality control data and records.
13) Direct and oversee site production activities and personnel.
14) Oversee and ensure high safety standards at all times.
15) Direct production activities to insure safety and compliance with quality control standards, regulatory compliance, and lease agreements.
16) Oversee and/or ensure good housekeeping at site at all times.
Skills/Qualifications:
1) A minimum of 10 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong engineering background..
2) A minimum of 3 years of experience in operation management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation and benefits administration.
3) Bachelor degree or above with a major in engineering, operations or manufacturing management.
4) Sound Knowledge of material management of production plant, EHS legislation, QMS (ISO), Lean Manufacturing a plus
5) Proven skills in business management.
6) Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization.
7) Excellent verbal and written English communications skills.
8) Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff team.
9) Demonstrated ability to multi – task and work in a fast – paced office setting.
10) Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations.

12) Ability to motivate others
