【招聘】国际知名公司中国CEO助理

Job Description:


To perform standard office procedures including scheduling appointments, processing mail, and answering phones
To arrange business trips (booking air ticket/hotel reservation/customer call arrangement & key issue following up…)
To assist the CEO on daily routine work
To file and retrieve record and correspondence. Keep sensitive material in confidence when requested
To assist in preparing proposals and reports
To organize regional conferences and top management meetings regularly
To take meeting minutes and on time activity follow-up
To provide logistic support and coordinate agenda for senior visitors
To perform interpretation as required by CEO
To maintain contacts for CEO
To perform any other duties as assigned by CEO
 
Job Requirement:


Bachelor degree in English or Business is preferred
Have minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in international company
Trustworthy ( privy to much confidential information).
High efficiency in organising
Flexible work schedule/self motivated
Good communication skills, cooperative in building community
Good team player, initiative and willing to support others work
High proficiency in written and spoken in English, good interpretation skill from Chinese to English and vise versa
Proficient at MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
