简要JD如下：
The concerned person will be integrated inside Shanghai IT center and will work in close relation with the other EDI CC teams in Europe and Northern America. He/she will be in charge of third level support on EDI communication and on SAP EDI related issues in Asia. A good understanding of Manufacturing on different ERPs and of EDI standards and communications would be very important to succeed.
Mains missions are :
- To parameterize the needed EDI connexions for Asian plants in relation with European EDI teams (Compentency center and Clearing center )
- To write appropriate documentation and procedures.
- To analyse issues and incidents in relation with the other teams of the regional support Chain
- To ensure third level support in message integration error in SAP and errors on outbound messages in Asia and to ensure global 3rd level support of EDI CC on critical issues in the scope of the “follow the sun” support organization
- To train 2nd level support
Other missions are :
- To be involved in the different EDI related logistic new processes inside SAP and to analyse EDI impacts on SAP for new requirements in Asia (new flows, new processes, ..)
- To work with Central EDI CC teams in order to define related parameterization.
- To write down mappings specifications (and functional evolution requests on ECC side if needed)
- To be the up to date EDI CC experts for Asian perimeter and specific regional requirements.
Qualifications :
Ideal candidate should have / be :
▪ Information technologies Master’s degree with several years of experience in IT
▪ Experience in EDI on protocols and standards (Oftp, https, X12, EDIFACT, ..) is very important
▪ Good knowledges in SAP ECC on automotive and EDI specificities would be appreciated
▪ Good communication and expression skills in an international context (English required)
▪ Service minded, structured and autonomous
▪ Ability to work in a worldwide organization
